All custom cake orders are final sale and non-refundable. Once a cake is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damages. Please inspect your order upon pickup to ensure accuracy.

Buttercream Cake Care Instructions

• Keep cool: Store in the refrigerator and take out 1–2 hours before serving for the best texture.

• Avoid heat: Buttercream can melt in warm temperatures. Keep the cake in a cool place.

• Handle with care: Carry the cake flat and avoid sudden movements during transport.

• Enjoy fresh: Best consumed within 2–3 days for optimal taste and quality.
By placing an order with Vjaycakes LTD, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payments
   •   A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least [X] days before the collection/delivery date.
   •   Orders placed within 3 days of the required date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
   •   Payment can be made via bank transfers.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
   •   Cancellations made 7 days before the collection/delivery date are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
   •   Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
   •   Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability but are not guaranteed.

3. Design & Customization
   •   We do our best to replicate designs, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our cakes.
   •   Allergen information is available upon request. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

4. Collection & Delivery
   •   Collection is available from [store address] at the agreed time. Late pickups may incur additional charges.
   •   Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of booking.
   •   We are not responsible for any damages once the cake has been collected or delivered and accepted.

5. Liability & Complaints
   •   If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of collection/delivery, and we will assess the issue.
   •   Any refunds or replacements are at our discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
